Grand Hotel in Ala di Stura offers an excellent traditional and typical from Tuscany cuisine, made of tasteful and sophisticated dishes, such as fresh pasta and home-made desserts prepared using the finest ingredients.
The Vannelli Restaurant cuisine is very much appreciate for the use of simple and healthy ingredients, paying attention to use mainly local products only.
Very popular are the theme-nights, devoted to fish-lovers or Tuscany cuisine’s connoisseurs. Very successful are the ‘Fiorentina’ steak tasting nights, the bank holidays special lunches, New Year’s Eve, Christmas, Saint Valentine’s day, Easter and Assumption day.
