Before starting the SPA session, it is strongly advisable to take a warm shower and dry properly: other than for hygienic reasons, this action will enhance the benefits of perspiration within the warm environment.

We suggest an ideal path of wellbeing, which is, therefore, 100% customizable according to individual needs. In any case, we recommend taking an emotional shower in between the treatments.

Rest in the relax lounge, for water reintegration drink some water or herbal tea, relax in the chaises longues. The relax phase is necessary to restore the body balance and recover after the body-heat variations. 

In our Wellbeing Centre, guests can enjoy from several body treatments. We kindly invite our guests to book the favourite treatment at least one day in advance.

Holistic Massage… 50 minutes € 50,00

Full-body massage. It offers a strong sense of wellbeing, reiterates life force and generates a sense of inner peace of mind.

Soothing treatment offering an immediate sense of wellbeing, engaging both body and mind.

Foot specific treatment that, working on the meridians, offers a soothing action and equilibrates the whole-body energy.              

The Grand Hotel in Ala di Stura restaurant has an overall seating capacity of 250, divided into 4 different rooms. The main dining lounge is ideal for receptions, feasts and lunches for groups of maximum 150 people, and perfectly adaptable to any occasion. The small lounge is used to serve breakfast or as private dining room for small groups of maximum 30 people (first communions, confirmations, baptisms, birthday parties…).

The green room and the reading-room have a capacity of 30/40.

Our rooms are all equipped with Wi-Fi for internet connection through any kind of laptops and mobile devices.

The internet connection service is made available via a personal password provided by the front-desk operators and it is intended for being used throughout the entire duration of the stay. The Wi-Fi internet connection is available for restaurant guests too.
